HR Business Partner

Our client is a subsidiary of one of the largest food producers in the world and focus on life-science R&D from concept to commercial reality. Due to continued growth they now require a HR Business Partner to be part of the senior management team.

The role in brief (full spec available on request):


  • As business partner advise and provide a ‘sounding board’ to the CEO and management team on HR matters
  • Build trusted relationships with managers and leaders in the business
  • Form and drive the implementation of the HR strategy
  • Work closely with the team and focus on the development of the culture
  • Assist in building strong talent pipelines and manage all recruitment needs
  • Develop and manage the implementation of performance management system
  • Implement a training & coaching program for the full team
  • Work with the management team to build a clear picture on the future organization
  • Problem solve and deliver creative solutions to any HR issues


The ideal candidate:


  • Third level qualification with a professional accredited qualification
  • At least 3 years’ experience working in a similar role at a strategic level
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
  • Coaching skills: Comfortable in providing coaching to all levels in the organization
  • Can do attitude: Must have a ‘can do’ entrepreneurial attitude with a focus on ‘doing the right stuff’ and ‘getting stuff done’!
  • The HR business partner will need to be a true generalist, with a good understanding of the many different responsibilities of the function
