Our client is a leading NI based multiple franchise motor retailer. They have a requirement for a high calibre, professional and performance driven Sales Manager to head up one of their new franchises (premium brand).

The role in brief (full spec is available on request):

 

·         Achieve sales targets and the highest levels of quality service within the territory

·         Maximise opportunities for the full range of dealer and franchise products and services

·         Manage, lead and motivate the sales team to meet exceptional levels of customer satisfaction

·         Monitor and control sales activities and ensure that systems and procedures are meticulously followed to ensure the highest levels of customer care

 

The person:

 

·         A strong and proven track record achieving targets in a high quality, customer focused environment

·          Experience of managing and motivating a team, this may be within the motor trade but the company welcomes applications from candidates with experience in other industries

·         Strong IT skills are essential with excellent attention to detail and administrative skills

·         A sound educational background including English and Maths at GCSE, strong numeracy and literacy skills are essential

·         Excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills with an ability to communicate and motivate others

·         Full driving licence
