Our client is a long established, rapidly growing cosmetic company that both owns and distributes internationally recognised brands. As part of their ambitious growth plans they now wish to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced Key Accounts Manager.

Key Accounts Manager

The role in brief (full spec available on request)- Key Accounts Manager:

  • Key Account Management throughout ROI & UK – Achieving and exceeding targets
  • Pro-actively seeking new business opportunities
  • Introducing and selling new company brands to both new and existing customers
  • Shaping and executing the sales strategy that targets Key Accounts in your territory
  • Producing and maintaining sales figures and forecasts
  • Producing and delivering sales reports to Management
  • Attending required trade shows throughout UK


The ideal candidate should have – Key Accounts Manager:

  • A proven track record of sales success ideally with a cosmetics/pharma company
  • Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation skills
  • Experience working with buyers at a senior level
  • Skilled in lead generation with the ability to determine key stakeholders
  • Relationship building skills with a focus on engagement and delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A Full clean driving licence
  • Flexibility to travel to the UK
